GOOD DOG DAY CAMP RULES

To ensure the health and safety of your dog and our other Camp Charlie guests, there are certain
requirements that you and your dog will have to meet.

All dogs must be at least four months old.

All male dogs over six months old must be neutered. Females that are not spayed may not attend camp while in
heat.

All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof of Rabies, DHLPP and
Bordatella vaccinations. "DHLPP"or the"5-in-1" shot are Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza and
Parvovirus. A "6-in-1"shot could include the bordatella (kennel cough) vaccine or it may require a separate
inoculation.

Dogs that do not take traditional shots and are under the care of a natural homeopathic veterinarian are
welcome at Camp Charlie but will require a writen note from there vet.

All dogs must be in good health. Owners will need to certify that their dog(s) are in good health and have not
been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days. Dogs who are returning to camp after a previous
illness require a veterinarian's certificate of health.

All dogs must be non-aggressive and not bone or toy-protective.  As owner you know best your dog behaves
with other dogs, it is a must that your dog(s) can get along with others, we appreciate your honesty.

All dogs must have a complete, up-to-date file at all times. Camp Charlie will notify owner of any vaccines
needed to keep file current.

Fees are payable in advance of services

The health and safety of your dog(s) is our main concern. However, there is always the chance of a sporting
injury,or the unforeseen dogfight. Regrettably due to insurance reasons, Camp Charlie can not take
responsibility for any of these injuries. Owner will be required to sign a legal discloser releasing Camp Charlie
of any such responsibility. Camp Charlie highly  recom
mends your dog(s) be on a flea treatment program
however if your dog(s) are not we cannot take responsibility for them contracting fleas.
OFF-LEASH CLUB

dogs, It is a must that your dog(s) can get along with others. We appreciate your honesty.

area while in heat.

All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof of Rabies, DHLPP and Bordatella

inoculation. (It is the member's responsiblity to keep vaccines up-to-date.)

please talk to you vet before returning to the Off-Leash Area.

Members understand that there is still a possibility of dog-related illnesses accuring from the use of the Camp
Charlie Off-Leash Area. The health and safety of you and your dog(s) are our main concern. However,
participating in the Camp Charlie Off-Leash Club does involve the possible risk of injury to you, other people,
your dog(s), and other dogs. Due to possible legal actions, Camp Charlie, Inc. cannot take responsibility for any
such injuries or illnesses. Members will be required to sign a legal disclosure releasing Camp Charlie, Inc. and
the property owner of the Camp Charlie Off-Leash area of any legal responsibility.

Members and guests must follow all doggie rules posted at the Camp Charlie Off-Leash parking area:
Use plastic bags to clean up after your dog.
Keep your dog from digging holes.
Stop bothersome dog behavior immediately.
Leave your dog(s) in your vehicle until parked.
Park in the designated gravel parking area.
Observe the 10 mph speed limit.
Be aware of dogs at the gate and do not let dogs escape when entering or leaving the area.
